Nutritionist, Hurstpierpoint

Natalie Le Bouedec is a Nutritionist at Columbines HurstpierpointMy name is Natalie and I am fully insured and accredited Nutritionist with a diploma in Nutrition.

Food has always played an important part in my life and I have been conscious of its benefits. After having my second child, I was lucky enough to be able to start a new journey leaving behind a stressful corporate job that wasn’t healthy.

What I have learned has been fascinating and far beyond what I thought food did. It plays such a vital role in providing our bodies with energy to function. Food is a basic need and one that can so easily be overlooked.

I now know things I wish I knew ten years ago, and my practice is dedicated to sharing this knowledge with my clients and changing their lives for the better.

If you feel that you aren’t living life to its maximum and need a change, then don’t hesitate to contact me for a free 15-minute phone consultation to see how I can help. My straight-talking approach backed by scientific research is one that life is for living, and any changes to our food need to be sustainable for the long term. This will often mean change, but it will not mean eating things you dislike or depriving yourself of things you like. Food should be enjoyable while nourishing our bodies with the right nutrients to enable us to feel and look our best but most importantly, for a long healthy life.

My standard package is below. However please feel free to contact me about seasonal special offers.
