Food has always played an important part in my life and I have been conscious of its benefits. After having my second child, I was lucky enough to be able to start a new journey leaving behind a stressful corporate job that wasn’t healthy.
What I have learned has been fascinating and far beyond what I thought food did. It plays such a vital role in providing our bodies with energy to function. Food is a basic need and one that can so easily be overlooked.
I now know things I wish I knew ten years ago, and my practice is dedicated to sharing this knowledge with my clients and changing their lives for the better.

Prices start from £75 for an initial consultation this includes:
1hr 30-minute appointment, which will include a detailed consultation whereby we will discuss what you would like to achieve and what, is happening with your body at the moment.
All initial appointments include*
• A one-week food diary – additional food diaries can be sent please see further packages below.
• A supplement list – If I feel you would benefit from supplements these will be discussed and can be purchase at a 15% discount.
• Review of any diagnostic testing if necessary.
• A list of recommended reading, activities and exercise if needed.
• Tailored health and wellbeing advice.
• Follow up phone call.
Follow up appointments usually last 1 hr and can be purchased singly at £50 these will be to discuss the changes we have made and what can be done next. Follow up appointments are necessary to track progress and will vary from to person to person. To get the most out of your nutritional advice, I recommend at least 1-2 follow-ups and packages are below to make the most of the advice I offer. It’s important to remember changes to food and lifestyle take time to be adapted to and also to make a difference.
